He has been practicing for the last 25 years and has developed a wide range of experience and contacts. His expertise include Preparation of Project Reports, Term Loan & Working Capital Syndication, handling matters related to FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Financial Planning, Tax Planning, Mergers, Amalgamations, Takeovers and Strategic Business Planning.


Mr. Sanjay Dagia

 

He is a B.Com and F.C.A. with more than 23 years experience in the field of Indian & International Taxation related to Merger & Acquisition for compliances under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act and other related Guidelines. He has successfully handled Audit, Taxation, Indirect Taxes and Management Consultancy Services for Due Diligence assignments.

He is a Chartered Accountant with +25 years of experience in Research, Broking, Capital Market Advisory, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Proprietary Trading, Fund Management, Equities, Derivatives, Asset Allocation, Strategy Planning, Portfolio Management, and Product Development. Mr. Satyajeet Ghone

 

Mr. Satyajeet Ghone is a Solicitor, having passed the Solicitors Examination conducted by the Incorporated Law Society of Bombay in 1996. He is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England. Mr. Ghone was a partner in one of the India’s leading law firm Messrs Udwadia, Udeshi & Berjis, Mumbai (now Messrs. Udwadia & Udeshi) for 5 years. He then joined the firm of M/s. Shaunak Satpute & Co. where he was a partner for two years. Mr. Ghone has acted as legal counsel for numerous foreign banks including some of India’s leading Private Sector Banks, Indian Companies, Multinational Corporates.

 

Mr. Ghone specializes in Banking and Financial Laws, International Business Laws, Corporate and commercial law, foreign collaboration, joint ventures, Mergers, acquisitions, takeovers and Corporate restructuring, Exchange control law and regulations.


Mr. Ajit Sathe

 

He is a Law Graduate, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretary as well as a Cost Accountant. He is well adept at all Secretarial Matters and his core strengths include Functions relating to obtaining Legal, Secretarial and Financial due Diligence for takeover, amalgamation, private placement of shares, RBI and FIPB Approvals relating to Foreign Direct Investment, Issuance of Due Diligence Certificate as per banking requirements and Issuance of Corporate Governance Certificate for listed companies.
